replied the topic Cleaner the pc netoyeur pc de spams created by fr

Hi fr. :-)

To remove spam, you can use malwarebytes antimalware, adwcleaner and junk removal tool.
There are also other useful free tools like emsisoft Emergency kit, eset online scanner and so forth.

Just be sure to don't remove your other useful software: as an example, malwarebytes could remove/damage wisecleaner software.
You can skip wisecleaner enties in those programs.

Hope this helps.

replied the topic Wise Registry Cleaner backup registry created by ShaneBolt

Hi ShaneBolt. :-)

The Windows restore point is a thing, the registry backup is another one.
When you check the restore points in wise registry cleaner, you should see two tabs: restore points and registry backups.
Click on the tab named registry backups and you should see them.

Hope this helps.

replied the topic Wise Disk Cleaner 9 created by BarryRoby

Hi BarryRoby. :-)

Try to launch the following command from an elevated command prompt:

chkdsk c: /r

If it asks you to reboot, do it.
Obviously, I wrote c: assuming your OS is istalled on c:.
If it is not on c:, change the letter accordingly.

You can try it another time if that won't fix the problem.

Hope this helps.

replied the topic Too Many Cleaners ?! created by WaggieBoi

Hi WaggieBoi. :-)

"Is having too many cleaners on my Computer Good or Bad for my System ?"

Having them is not bad, but if you use them all you can cause serious problems to your OS.
The best practice is to use Windows disk cleanup, or Windows cleanmgr from an elevated command prompt.
You can set cleanmgr settings with this command:

cleanmgr /sageset:1

Then you can run cleanmgr with the settings you have chosen with this other command:

cleanmgr /sagerun:1

Another Windows command you can use to optimise your OS is:

dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup /resetbase

If you still are not glad, then you can start to use third party software.
Wise Care 365 or Wise Disk Cleaner serve a lot of users very well.
Another well known company is piriform ccleaner.
After all, you can decide what's your preferred third party tool.
The ones I mentioned allow to create customized rules: not every third party tool allows this flexibility.

"If "Unhealthy" for my System, can you please give a detailed account of how and why"

Sometimes third party tools can cause strange problems.
That's why you should choose one in which you have confidence (because you tested it over the years).
And that's also why you should have at least a system image (and a backup, or more backups, of your important files).

Hope this helps.

replied the topic How can I get rid of FromDocGToPdf? created by edsays

Hi edsays. :)

1) From Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features, uninstall it.
2) Adwcleaner should suffice to remove that program: https://toolslib.net/downloads/viewdownload/1-adwcleaner/
Download adwcleaner, run it, check all results, untick the ones you don't want to be deleted, then start the cleaning: it will ask you to restart your PC to complete the task.
3) (facultative) download Malwarebytes antimalware free and/or superantispyware free, both from their official websites, and scan your PC.

Hope this helps.

replied the topic Best method for learn English??? created by only_god

Only reading won't work, because of the missing accents pronunciation.
As already said:
1) full immersion in USA, UK or Australia
2) find English friends, in real life or in internet, and try to speak with them in English ONLY
3) Listen and watch only English (usa-uk-australia) songs and films
4) Read only English books, comic books and so forth

I have to learn it better, so do I...

replied the topic Wise 365 and how does screenshot work created by Jazzman

Hi jazzman. :)

Mcafee and wise care 365 are compatible, because this last one isn't an antivirus.

The following are general advices for all brands of cleaners (i.e., not only WiseCleaner products):
- It is a good rule to do a full system image before using these types of programs.
- It is a good rule to create a system restore point before using these types of programs.
- The first time you run a cleaner application (that cleans files or registry keys/values), you must carefully check the results: if you think they should not be removed, exclude them.
- The subsequent scans aren't less important: you should always check all results.

In your case: if Wise Care 365 finds mcafee items, till mcafee is installed, you should exclude them.
When you'll uninstall mcafee, you'll also remove mcafee items from the exclusions, you'll scan your pc with Wise Care 365 and you'll remove all of mcafee items.

Hope this helps.

replied the topic Can't Get Wise Registry Cleaner Update... created by FalconMan

@Aravi and @azzromyo
Wise Registry Cleaner is only free; pro version doesn't exist.

@FalconMan
The latest wise registry cleaner version is 9.17.591.
What version are you using at the moment?
Installed or portable?
Where did you download it from?
What antivirus/firewall/anti-malware applications/suites are you using?
Your antivirus could flag the application updater as false positive.

The fastest way to solve this problem is to download directly the application and to install it over the previous one.
Or you can replace your old portable folder with the new one, if you are using the portable version... By the way, you shouldn't replace config.ini if you don't want to lose your settings.

official installer: http://downloads.wisecleaner.com/soft/WRCFree.exe
official portable: http://downloads.wisecleaner.com/soft/WRCFree.zip

You can, by the way, wait for @WiseCleaner_Admin : he could be interested in your problem (i.e., on informations by you, to understand and remove the problem for future versions).

Hope this helps!

replied the topic Deleting History of Viewed Pictures created by jlittle

Hi jlittle. :-)

WiseCare365 free won't remove items in privacy protector - privacy eraser.
Hence you can:
- buy WiseCare365 PRO license and that feature will be available
- delete MS Internet Explorer 11 (MSIE11) temporary files manually (open MSIE, click "tools" menu, click "delete browsing history", select/tick all the options, click "delete")
- delete MSIE11 temporary files automatically on exit (open MSIE, click "tools" menu, click "internet options", tick "delete browsing history on exit" -- it's present in general tab --, click ok).
- use another cleaner application to remove those traces

Hope this helps.

replied the topic Turn off Registry Cleaner created by Meyerswalt

Hi Meyerswalt. :-)

There are two methods, and both will bring to the same result:
1) Open wise care 365, in the pc checkup section click "Checkup", wait till it finishes, DON'T click "Fix", click "invalid registry entries", move our mouse on the first row, you'll see appear "Ignore" (on the right): click it and do the same for all the other rows.
2) Open wise care 365, click "menu", click "settings", click "custom checkup", click "invalid registry entries", deselect/untick/uncheck all the options under it, click save.
When you'll use PC checkup, the registry cleaner function will be ignored.

If you intend the "registry cleaner" in the system cleaner section:
click "Custom area", click "select none", click at least an item (for example "ie url history" or the one you prefer), click "ok".
The registry cleaner won't be totally turned off, because WiseCleaner team developed it in this way, but wise care 365 will check only one item, if you go accidentally to that section.

Hope this helps.

I didn't understand why you put your license key here. I suggest you to remove it ASAP.

Did you get this problem after you have bought and used wise care 365, or before?
If the first, please contact support AT wisecleaner DOT com

replied the topic Best free antivirus for windows 10 created by thantaibx

Hi thantaibx. :-)

The best FREE AV is windows defender, because:
- it has been developed by the same guys that developed windows 10 (hence they should know what they are doing)
- it doesn't need to be installed, it is already installed
- it is ready to use, use it
- it works, even if you put the user account control (UAC) settings to their maximum level
- it works, even if you change your user account type from administrator to standard
- if you are unsure, you can always get another opinion by using either Malwarebytes antimalware (free or pro) or emsisoft emergency kit or superantispyware (free or pro) or... almost every security software that is compatible with it (and there are a lot of them)

The best PAID AVs are the following ones, according to AV-comparatives.org:
- avira pro 15.0
- bitdefender IS 2016
- f-secure IS 2016
- trendmicro IS 10.0

They used a list of 19 AVs, and those 4 products were the best in the final results.

Hope this helps.
