@thefirtid
It is Visual Basic language.
Because a Visual Basic application, on the basis of objects, closes the code structure to represent the physical models on the screen. By definition, objects contain code and data. Forms, which we see on the screen, represent attributes, rules of appearance, and behavior. For each form in an application, there is a module module relationship (with the extension .frm) to contain its code.

Each module contains event procedures - scripts, where instructions are placed, which will be executed in response to the specified events. Form can contain controls. Corresponding to each control on the form, there is a set of event procedures in that form module.

Code not only relates to a specified form or control that can be placed in another module, a standard module (.BAS). A procedure used to respond to events in different objects must be placed in the same standard, rather than creating code copies in the event procedures for each object. A module class (.cls) is used to create objects, which can be invoked from within the procedures inside your application. While a standard module contains only code, a module class contains both code and data. We can think of it as a control.
