Not to worry, this should be straightforward. Although feel free to ask again if the following method does not work.

Firstly, find out the drive letter that your USB stick is. Let's say for argument's sake that it is the F drive.

Go to the start menu, and search for "run". Open that and type CMD. Depending on your Windows version, you can simply type CMD into the search bar and open the Command Prompt.

When this is open, type the following, without the brackets: [Chkdsk F: /r] Also remember that I am using the letter F as a reference, yours may be another but you can find it in My Computer.

Back to the point, when you have pressed enter, it will start repairing damaged files and you will see some of your filenames (relief!) before it finally asks if you want to save lost chains into another location. These are essentially remnants of damaged files, I tend to click "Yes" just in case.

Your USB drive should now be working, please let me know how you get on!

You can adjust how long your computer waits before sleeping or hibernating—or prevent it from turning itself OFF ALTOGETHER. But be careful. On a battery powered laptop, inhibiting sleep or hibernation can result in data loss if the battery dies. Here's how to prevent your computer from entering a power-saving state:

Open Power Options by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking System and Security, and then clicking Power Options.

On the Select a power plan page, click Change plan settings next to the selected plan.

On the Change settings for the plan page, click Change advanced power settings.

On the Advanced settings tab, double-click Sleep, double-click Sleep after, and then do one of the following:
If you're using a laptop, click On battery or Plugged in (or both), click the arrow, and then click Never.
If you're using a desktop computer, click Setting, click the arrow, and then click Never.

Double-click Hibernate after, and then do one of the following:
If you're using a laptop, click On battery or Plugged in (or both), click the arrow, and then click Never.
If you're using a desktop computer, click Setting, click the arrow, and then click Never.

If you also want the display to stay turned on, double-click Display, double-click Turn off display after, and then do one of the following:

If you're using a laptop, click On battery or Plugged in (or both), click the arrow, and then click Never.
If you're using a desktop computer, click Setting, click the arrow, and then click Never.
Click OK, and then click Save changes.

I hope that was of some use for you BUT it is a little hard to give Advice and Guidance on what little Information you have given.
Thank you and blessings.

replied the topic Can we forgive...did that if we can't forgive mean we are worst people created by kamlost

@kamlost
It's best to forgive so you can move on with your life because many people who don't forgive seem to dwell on their situation, allowing it to eat them up inside like Cancer while that person who may be unaware of your grievance against/towards them are just living their life without a single thought about you or what they have done towards you, why should YOU allow them to continue YOUR suffering (mentally)?.. It would be best for you to just forgive and move on with your life for your own sake, for your own inner self, peace and healing.
Blessings to you
