change resolution from 1280x1024 to 1024x 786 doesnt work. Pictures i download r huge so should have good resolution

Thank you for replies, but using other controls like CTRL+Shift is same as using Shift+" to get @ (Shift+2). Besides that i am operator off the system and use same settings as i use now at main inlog account. Think problem is more a Windows 10 problem, system still has bugs. Though am glad it finally works after several re-installs from original Windows 8.1 Pro, System recovery, maintenaince and other things to get system work properly. Am sad Windows XP is gone, it maybe not be supported anymore but still is more safe, cause now have new problem with using external drive (Maybe used to much in last 5 years)

Just in case, i had that problem, have 2 admin accounts at least at windows 10. Some time ago i could not log in at main admin account, i was glad had spare admin account. OK later windows 10 crashed again and now primary admin account works again. After re-installing old windows 8.1 and upgrade to windows 10

even when you use ccleaner and wisecare cookies are like spam you get in mailbox, only option to loose/not get spam is not use internet. But when you use a computer with internet u keep getting spam

To all people who answered. I cant reward any with reward. I re-installed windows 8.1, then upgraded to windows 10 pro and today had to reset settings again. Think best is using XP at my laptop. even without windows security its still the best operating system. But think have all problems solved, picasa and mouse work properly again. I did reinstall windows 8.1 pro. Now i cant upgrade to windows 10 cause productkey i used for that wont work at upgrade. What the f... Well keep trying or keep using windows 8

I already tried that and yes my laptop with XP works safer then Windows 10 Pro, i removed all stored data to other inlog adress (an outlook account) So tip whe you install windows 10 also make other user account just to be sure dont have to restart with win 8.1 pro i have to restart complete new installation.
