Well... That's very predictable..hahaha!

No jokes, if it's an adult person that you're dealing with, just be polite and say right away to him that if he could be so kind to be more careful, he sure will apologize..

If it's a kid kicking your chair..consider that it's a kid and show patience and u just need lovely ask him to stop, otherwise ask his parents..

If they don't apologize and get mad at you, don't panic and stay cool, and politely make them notice theyr lack of education , they' ll feel bad ;)

In the worst case, not very likely to happen, they'll yell at you. Then just go to a supervisor, they'll kick him out or give u a better seat at the very least:P

Let me know the results, but remember, being kind is the way. ;)

Give him a chance to be polite first ;) Ask him " scuse me sir, could you mind some attention, you're kicking my back", this will most likely deal with it.

Otherwise if good manners doesn't work, you can either yell at him and make him feel crap, or try to change spot and sit behind him, or throw your popcorns at him. I'd recommend both yelling and throwing popcorns, very scenic.
I'd stick with good manners if anything, tho.

My PC got 8 GB , but i'm planning to get it to 16 at least, cause i love gaming ;)

Anyone that knows a bit of computers would tell you NEVER update if not really needed, what do you say people?

I have windows 7 since YEARS and never did them, my pc is always fast and responsive, i just update antivirus and thats all.. Phones also should never be updated unless u really have to . I make u the example of smartphones cause it's easy; At some point smartphones becomes slow and you have to rollback it into factory's setup to have ot perfectly working like before, that's because you're wiping all the updates

So yes, updates are never essential until your software works fine. ;)
