How to make Shortcut of Network Connections on Desktop?

I cannot right click in Win10 on Network connections even in main Explorer.exe. Is it possible without making a PinTo App (appears a long confusing list), without making complex Registry edits. I need everything arranged specifically like in Windows 7

1. Go to Control Panel/Network and Internet then DragAndDrop the small Network Connections Icon onto the Desktop
2. Go to Control Panel/Network and Internet/Network and Sharing Center and click Change Adapter Settings. Then Right Click your Network Connections and select Create Shortcut
