Follow the steps to Run DISM Commands:

The easiest way to solve your problem is to restore your Windows system allowing your computer to "go back in time" to fix mswsock problems.dll. System restore can return your system files and programs back to your computer by the time everything was working fine. This can potentially help you avoid the headache of fixing DLL related errors.

To use system Restore (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, and 10):
Click The start button.
In the search bar, type "system Restore" and press ENTER.
In the results window, click system Restore.
Enter the administrator password (if prompted).
Follow the instructions in the Wizard to select a restore point.
Repair your computer. If for some reason you failed then you need to register Mswsock.dll manually using Microsoft register server to fix erroneous registry entries for mswsock.dll, remove, or restore the file Mswsock.dll from the Windows Recycle bin.
