@Teresita

I'm a web-programmer. For me the best choice is SublimeText3

http://www.sublimetext.com

Just try it.

AkelPad: http://akelpad.sourceforge.net/en/download.php

One of the "must have" editors which is easy to use. It has lots of plugins and flexible settings.

you can try Atom Text Editor, its Fast and Has Many Plugin / Adds on to customize your way to use text editor...

for Bracets its really slow down your sistem, SumblimeText its not free, other is not powerfull and customizeable.

Notepad is one of the better ones I've ever operated with. What do I like about it? It supports all language anyone's ever worked in. What don't I like about it? It's only worthy of grammar highlighting, and it won't tell you when you've cracked your code. For that, I prefer https://www.qualityessay.co.uk/essay-writers/. It's a slight change, but it's very agreeable. It's extendable and flexible, but it's excess unless you're working on something you can define as an "assignment."

Basically all Operating Systems accompany a word processor. For Windows, you should as of now have both "Notebook" and "Word Pad", both of which are content tools. Notepad++ in the event that you need something that will feature catchphrases and help with arranging of the code.
