Hi @GulfWideLocal

You can't force a cat and carry home.

Feed them some milk. Grant access to your home. Mother cat will try to utilize security of your home to protect its weak kittens from animals like dog. You have to approach slowly to it, with a bottle of milk and plate in hand. Only make sure you don't scare it away.

If you have fish pieces, it will it will attract the mom cat a lot.

But remember cat never stay in home for longer time. It will just come to eat food and sleep mostly.

FOOD AND SHELTER is what they need , so offer them food and shelter , don't be rude and carry them home ,be careful cat may think you are dangerous for her kittens . let them feel comfortable . kittens love to play with woolyarn balls. treat them as pets.

Hi! They should grow up, become more independent, like human's child. But cats become adults faster than we do. So you won't wait for long. And of course you must play with them & feed them well.
Good luck!

Get some friends to help you. Put them in a bag, and when you open the bag at your homeplace, just feed them and give them water, pet them and everything. They will see that you are not an enemy and they will stay. Otherwise it's just a hit & miss. They might come home with you, they might not. They will be suspicious, you know? Who is this stranger and why is he feeding us? They will just take the food and might never come with you. How do I know? Personal experience. I own a cat who used to live on the streets. I brought him back home in a bag, yes, he dis cry a bit, but when he got home: hey, this is really cool! We have food, it's warm in here, we have our own sand box, pretty neat! Now he is the king of the place, I call him Keops, lol. :)
