Does anyone know how to restore the memory of your pc when it has lost its memory while the hard drive starts lagging which takes about an hour to load to your main screen?

can you do a restore at all to an earlier restore point, failing that do a factory restore

since the memory is deleted there isn't a restore point anymore.... but thanks
