For the office, the best thing is a cup of coffee, nice with a biscuit and chocolate.

Depends on where you live. In Oregon we have all these cute lil cannabis shops so ya grab a few brownies a couple of candies and your good to go. :)

I take cup of tea + some baskets + I think I mostly eats fresh fruits, fruit/vegetable salads, some times roasted chickens.

Personally , i like to eat an apple and drink some water.because i prefer to avoid eating while in office, since digesting bothers me and makes ne less focused on the tasks at hand.

I prefer nuts, they are very nutritious and it's enough to eat a handful of it to satisfy your hunger. I also eat fruits, chocolate, some crackers.

Поэтому мой совет: если нет возможности полноценно пообедать, берите еду с собой из дому. Если брать еду с собой не получается, полезные блюда можно приготовить прямо в офисе".

You can't go past coffee and chocolate coated biscuits, but I do tend to eat the odd chocolate bar or doritos chips once in a while.
