Hi @Donalden

Method 1: Optimize Internet Explorer by following the steps provided in the below article. Then check for the issue.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/936213

Method 2: Check if the issue persists in clean boot.

Putting your system in clean boot state helps in identifying if any third party applications or startup items are causing the issue. If yes, you may go ahead and disable or uninstall the same.

Try the steps provided under Step 1 in the below article to put your computer in clean boot mode.
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135
1. Then right-click on the setup file and select Run as administrator.
After you’ve finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

a. Click Start, type msconfig.exe in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER. If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password, or click Continue.
b. On the General tab, click the Normal Startup option, and then click OK.
c. When you are prompted to restart the computer, click Restart.

@omarwa79
How do you do this? And Where would I type this in at? The "Run" Menu, or the "Address" Bar? Or do I just Press Alt and just type in the other two? Thanks for Clarifying. ^.^
