Your suggestion was also good but you only wrongly mentioned suitable time.

You could have left that.

Suitable time for yoga/ meditation is btw 4 to 6.Further you could have added the name for postures of yoga/ how to meditate to make your answer more meaningful.

I was also trying them, but due to city life and job I have to sleep late and I am unable to wakeup early in morning now.

Sorry, I am Hindu. I have noting to say about yoga practice Sikh community.

The time period 2:00 am to 4:00 am is Known among Amrit Wela is absolutely correct. It is the most important time as per our belief too because,

if you sleep 8 hours a day and secrete Pituitary Hormones = amount of Pituitary Hormones secreted due to 5 hours deep sleep a day which includes 2:00 am to 4:00 am.

We practice from Brahma muhurtam (not before 3.40 am).
