The star wars saga. But the most I enjoy is episode 3 : Revenge of The Sith. Because of the lightsaber fight between Anakin Skywalker and his master Obi Wan Kenobi, and oh not to mention the execution of order 66 which was sad watching jedi masters been killed ruthlessly.

Lucy
When a boyfriend tricks Lucy (Scarlett Johansson) into delivering a briefcase to a supposed business contact, the once-carefree student is abducted by thugs who intend to turn her into a drug mule. She is surgically implanted with a package containing a powerful chemical, but it leaks into her system, giving her superhuman abilities, including telekinesis and telepathy. With her former captors in pursuit, Lucy seeks out a neurologist (Morgan Freeman), who she hopes will be able to help her.

First Wives Club. When that movie was released, I wasn't even 8, but when I've actually had seen it, and unerstood it some years later, I couldn't help but love it.

Three friends, who see each other again at the funeral of their friend, and later decide to take revenge on their husbands, who left them for younger women... the premise sounds a bit like a cliché, but there are so many funny or dramatic moments in the movie that who the hell cares about clichés. Everything they did had been for Cynthia, their deceased friend, and for women who are in the same situation. Simply. Marvelous.

There are lots of great movies out there. I can tell you about my favorite two:

1.- The Lovely Bones - It's a movie directed by Peter Jackson based on the novel by the american author Alice Sebold. The movie tells the story of a teenage girl who watches after her family at her personal heaven. She was raped and murdered and goes through her own issues regarding revenge and her own death while her family struggles to move forward after the tragic incident.

2.- Jeux d'enfants (English title: Love me if you dare) - It is a French-Belgian film directed by Yann Samuell and stared by the beautiful Marion Cotillard and Guillaume Canet. In it, we witness the story of Sophie and Julien, two psychopaths whose dare-or-not-dare game slowly turns into a love story.

Regards.

Hands down Terminator 2 by far is the best movie ever in my opinion.... I can watch it over and over and it was the only movie I ever saw by myself in the cinema, I was that bad hanging out for it's release, though my friends were busy at the time but didn't stop me seeing it, I would never see another movie by myself again, but if for some reason they enhanced T2 in some way added 30 minutes of unseen footage I would see it alone again if I had to but we know that won't happen.... 2nd movie which is almost tie but not quite would be True Lies... Yes I am an Arnie fan.... Thanks to your question I might go watch both now :)

Yes, its one of the best movies ever.
I don't know about movie BITTER MOON - did you watch them? These movies is equal with quality.
But, Once upon a time in west have something what Bitter moon don't have.
This realistic portrait of end of one era, and opening new era, industrialization era,
and this movie speak about this. Excellent portrait this intermediate period when gun's shutdown,
and money start speak loud. Money take control and power gun go to history.
New period comes, cowboys and killers go in past and in novels.

HI @martinlemmy
My favorite movie of all time is the 3 Idiots.

3 Idiots is a 2009 Indian coming of age comedy-drama film, which is being starred by Aamir Khan.
It has a very good rating as per Viewer critics, rotten tomatoes and IMDb.

I am an engineer by profession and I can greatly relate to the story line.
One of the most beautiful sound track of the movie is All Izz Well, that teaches us that all is well despite all the challenges, it teaches us to trust our heart and faith in God. Watch the video below.

As for the trailer, visit the link below:

The film covers all the basic and important teachings of the society, having romance, comedy, drama and suspense in the plot that is well-implied to viewers.
The most influential quote from the movie which I tend to apply to my professional life as a personal mantra is "Pursue excellence and success will chase you...". To me, that closed the deal as my all time great.

You can view some of the best quotes from the movie here:
https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/3_idiots/quotes/

Hope it helps.

Cheers and a high five!

"Metropolis" (1927). It's breathtakingly beautiful on a visual level, and although the story is simple, it's very nuanced and moving. It's a timeless parable about the need for people of all social classes to learn to get along and neither extort nor wreak revenge on each other. The Gottfried Huppertz musical score adds another layer of emotion and splendor, and the special effect hold up amazingly well for a movie made in the 1920s.
