It is healthier to lose weight over a longer period of time. Losing 10 pounds in 2 weeks would't be very healthy, if this is possible at all! If you diet & exercise, it will be more effective. But there is always a certain amount of time needed. Can't go any faster... Good luck! Yas

Well it depends on the type of dance chosen and on your weight.

For example, 30 minutes of ballroom dancing burns about 100 calories,
aerobic dance burns about 200 calories,
modern dance burns about 150 calories
country line dancing about 150 calories.

To lose 10 pounds it would take 87,5 days of 2-hour danciing a day! Which is 12 and a half weeks or nearly 3 months... Good luck! Yas

In a week you will start to see results already but in a good 2 weeks you can dramatically see some results and in a full month you should see the whole big difference its as simple as that hope I helped. Also a good tip is not only to work out but to EAT PROPERLY eating well will help you shed pounds try eating more protein like eggs and beans and lean chicken and dont forget to eat more fruits like blueberries and apples that has anti-oxidants and your vegatables/greens hope this helps
