Go to the Bluetooth menu on both phones and select the checkbox to activate the feature. Choose "Add New Device" or similar command on your phone.

Select "Yes" if either phone prompts you to approve pairing with the other phone. If one asks for a password, try "0000," or check the phone's user manual for the default password.

Choose "Options" on the old phone. Select "Send All Contacts," if that option is available. Some phones may require you to select "Send Name Card" or "Send Contact," after which you can select "Send All."

Select "Yes" if the new phone asks permission to receive the transfer. When the transfer is complete, check the new phone's contact list to make sure it was received successfully.

Option Number 1:

No 3rd party utilities or cloud services needed for that. On the "old device":

open your contacts app
enter its menu
select Export/Import
select to export to SD card
Now you should find a file named 0001.vcf on the SD card (internal or external, depends on what the device has). Copy that to the new device, e.g. via Bluetooth, WiFi Hotspot. then, on the new device:

open your contacts app
enter its menu
select Export/Import
select to import from SD card
chose the file you've just copied here
Done. All your contacts including their contact pictures (if you had set such) should be available on your new device now.

Option 2:

If both phone are Smartphones and you have cloud syncronized in old phone. Just simple, syncrnize same cloud account in the new mobile.

Option 3:

If you would like to transfer all of your contacts at one time via bluetooth, follow the steps listed below.

1.Make sure the Bluetooth Device you are sending to is in Available Mode.

2.From your Home Screen, Tap Contacts

3.Tap Menu

4.Tap Select Contacts

5.Tap All

6.Tap Menu

7.Tap Send Contact

8.Tap Beam

9.Tap Tap to Send (located to the right of the device you would like to send the contact to)

Kindly note that the setting will vary slightly from moblie to moble.

@Donna
which operating system? if android you can use google
Transferring your contacts to your new Android
http://vodafone.intelliresponse.com/index.jsp?id=1764&question=Transferring+your+contacts+to+your+new+Android&requestType=NormalRequest&source=100
Use Google to sync your contacts
Transfer your contacts to Google, so they're available for transfer once you've set up your new Android phone:

1) If you don't have a Google/Gmail account yet, set one up: accounts.google.com/SignUp

2) Sync contacts on your old phone with your Google/Gmail account. For instructions, search our interactive user guides for 'contacts', and select 'copy contacts from social networks and email accounts'. These instructions explain how to get your contacts onto your phone, but will actually work both ways for most phones.

3)Set up the same Google account on your new phone. You'll be asked to set one up when you first set up your new phone, or you can go to Settings to add it in later

4) If your phone isn't set to automatically synchronise your contacts, go to Settings -> Accounts & Sync -> Select your Google account -> Sync Contacts

Copy all contacts from memory to SIM card
Insert SIM card to your new phone and copy contacts from SIM card to memory
Its very simple
WHY You don't wanna use SIM card? I just now see that you don't want this way. But this is fastest.
And simple. Other way is with SD card. Copy contacts to SD card, and do same like this.

Having a new Samsung Galaxy mobile phone? The first thing that you'll probably to do is move all the phone numbers and other contact information from your old Galaxy phone to the new one. I first realize the inconvenience of transferring contacts from my old Galaxy S5 to the new Galaxy S7/S6 when I used the Android contacts recovery running on the computer.

With the help ofAndroid contacts recovery, you can move contacts between your Galaxy phones in 1 click. What's more, this phone transfer tool can help you move more contents such as apps, recover deleted text messages from samsung galaxy, call logs, music, photos, videos and calendar from one Galaxy to another.

You can also do this:

Transfer Contacts between Samsung and iPhone 6

It is true that in recent years a large number of Android users, especially Samsung ones, have given away their Android and go for a new iPhone 6. What you need is just an excellent data transfer tool with you, which allows you to transfer data between Android and iPhone. The very program I want to recommend to you today is Android contacts recovery.

Android contacts recovery, as the name implies, can help you transfer contacts from Android to iphone and other data , including photos, videos, recover deleted text messages from samsung galaxy (MMS included), contacts, music, call logs, apps, etc. are all transferable. No matter you use which phone brand, Samsung S7/S6/S6 edge, Galaxy A9/A7/A5, HTC M8/M9, LG G4/G3, Sony Z3, Motorola, iPhone 6s/ 6s Plus/ 6/ 6 Plus, etc. Sounds great, isn't it?

First, you can transfer contacts very easily if you synced contacts with Gmail. Second, there is a free app called PhoneTransfer, which is able to copy contacts from one phone to another directly, such as iPhone, Android or Blackberry. Here is a how-to guide on contacts transfer between Android and iPhone: http://www.iphonetransferrecovery.com/tutorials/transfer-contacts-from-samsung-to-iphone.html

P.S I tried Bluetooth but sometimes it has problem in pairing the phones.

All razr have the ability to copy all the contacts up to 250 to the sim card at once, first you need to put your sim card back into the razr now to copy it to the sim depends on which model razr you have, if you have the earlier model like the razr V3 all you have to do is go to your contacts hit your menu button then go to copy contacts and select copy all to sim,

If you have a newer razr like the V3xx you have to go to your contacts hit your options button and hit manage contacts "I think", then you have to scroll down to select "multiple to" you wont see this option right away but its there you just have to scroll down to get to it, after that you should see an option that says something like "copy contacts to sim"select that then press the menu/option button to "select all" then hit copy.

but another way is try Mobiledic Phone transfer program, which can help you transfer contacts, messages from phone to another.

http://www.mobiledic.com/android-topic/transfer-contacts-from-iphone-to-android-phone.html

see how it transfers contacts between phones.
