Many things needs to be taken into consideration before deciding the ideal bed time. First nobody wants to miss favorite TV shows which generally stretches up to mid night, then one may be in habit of late night parties. there may be cases where people cannot induce ample sleep.But for a healthy life at lest 6-7 hours routine sleep is a must and some discipline and compromises to be done. So 23:30 to 05:30 or 06:00 should be ideal period plus 15 to 20 minutes siesta around 13:30 will be very good.

the most healthy time is between 22.00 and 23.00 because when you sleep early you wake up early and this is healthy

it’s the phase of sleep during which we’re least likely to be disturbed and wake up.

why is that time import?
because it's the most restorative part of our sleep. also known as the slow-wave sleep period.

Nature itself dictates sleep. Human biorhythms are subject to changing cosmic rhythm. This is evident in the activity of our body, which rises with the dawn, and when the sun begins to decline.
The average duration of sleep needed for men is 7-8 hours, and for women - about 8-9 hours. But some people is enough and to six hours to fully sleep. There also are people who need to sleep 9-10 hours to maintain efficiency. It is important to know that an extra hour of restful sleep increases performance by about 25 percent.
Going to bed should be 8 hours before the alleged recovery. Therefore, if we need to get up at six o'clock in the morning, then we need to go at ten o'clock in the evening. If you do not have enough, the next week to start to go to bed 30 minutes earlier to sleep already lasted 8.5 hours. If necessary, you can increase the time for another 15-20 minutes, so you have to spill without an alarm clock. Then you yourself will feel much calmer throughout the working week.

best time to go to sleep according to nature is when it gets dark. back in prehistoric times we were not there yet but our ancestors where. they lived during the day and slept when it became dark. they would sleep for approximately 4 hours and the wake up again.
in this time (between lets say 0:00 and 02:00) predators would be asleep and we as the small little creatures we were back then used this time to gather the neccasery foods and stuff.
after about 2 hours we would go back to sleep again for another 4 hours after we would wake up around 06:00. this primal sleep pattern still excists within our brain today back when there was no electricity yet people would go to sleep when it started to get dark. they would wake up after 4 hours and do things like reading or other relaxing stuff before going to bed again until day.
so that's the answer according to our brainfunction.

according to our society: get 7 to 8 hours of sleep and get up with the sun so around 6:00 in the summer around 09:00 in the winter

Im allgemeinem sagt man der Schlaf vor Mitternacht sei der gesündeste - aber mir persönlich bringt das Ausschlafen morgens nach 6 Uhr am meisten und wenn ich dann alleine vom Tag geweckt werde - denn ich bin kein Morgenmensch.

Always take this in mind!

Best time to go in bed is minimum two hours before midnight, or more! If you go earlier, even better !!!

The most healthy time to sleep is the time that can afford you at least 7 hours of sleep as an adult. This depends on your schedule. in scientific way 8 p.m is a good time to sleep for a good health, why because the early you sleep the body have a good time to repair your damage tissue in your system, thats why for women good sleep have a big contributor to beauty.
