A recent study at Appalachian State University found that morning workouts are best if you want a better night’s sleep (and who doesn’t want that?). The researchers tracked the sleep patterns of people ages 40 to 60 who walked on a treadmill for 30 minutes, three times a week. Participants worked out at three different times: 7 a.m., 1 p.m. or 7 p.m. Turns out, those who hit the treadmill at 7 a.m. slept longer and had deeper sleep cycles than those who exercised at other points in the day. In fact, the morning crowd spent up to 75% more time in the reparative “deep sleep” stage at night.

I think the best time to work out is whatever time of day you like. Some people are morning people and they usually have no problem with going to the gym at 6 a.m., others like to workout at night. What time of day you workout isn't important, what's important is how you're working out and if you're getting enough nutrients and rest. The best exercise to do is whatever exercise you enjoy.

early morning is best time for exercise. reason:

1) after long rest during sleep our body is ready for exercise.

2) early morning is fresh with oxygen, less pollution. morning walk or running helps body retain its peak form.

3) mind is also refreshed after long sleep.

Early morning is the time your body is at its maximum energy of the day ;)

And the schedule of work lets you ;
The brain is not yet awake, you can deceive your laziness;

But in the morning the air temperature's observed below, it is difficult to force myself to get up from the warm bed :(
It's difficult to monitor evening meals, we must try not reward yourself with food for the effort and work.


Evening

If you are a night owl;
After a hard day in the office of the spine will thank you;
Conveniently after work;
Sport distracts from the hustle and unnecessary thoughts;
After evening loads you will not want to overeat;
Good sleep (depending on load);

In the evening there're many distractions:
Likely to spend time in another place;
Evening sports excites the body whuch prepares for sleeping and can provoke insomnia;
Closer to the night your metabolism slows down and fats are burned after the workout is not as active.

So the choice is yours!!!

Whenever you feel doing it best. Because mind controls every process of the body and it also tell when to do what to do. Trust your mind to harvest the best fruit.

The best time to exercise is when the body is full of nutrients and energy. If you just want to jog or do yoga then early morning is best. But if you want to hit the gym and exercise hard you will need at least a very good breakfast, then 2 hours after that.

many education say that the morning is the best time but if you couldn't weak up early i say that the best time is when you are ready ,for exemple in 7 pm to 10 pm .

YOU HAVE TO DO EXERCISE ON MORNING .IT IS THE BEST MOMENT ON THE DAY TO DO IT. BECAUSE YOUR BODY STARTS TO GET WARM INSIDE AND THAT IS BETTER FOR YOURS SYSTEM AND OF COURSE YOU DO HAVE A BIG BREAKFAST

The best time is when you feel like doing it. you need the urge to do anything. if you don't feel like doing it. then you are just wasting your time. :D
