Can you recommend some easy and effective ways to lose weight besides running?

1. Drink plenty of water-Minimum 10 glasses a day
2. Take lemon juice of half lemon per day first thing in the morning on empty stomach with lukewarm water
3. Brisk walk early morning depending on weather at least for 45 minutes- minimum 6 days a week
4. Eat less carbohydrates and more proteins
5. No white sugar with tea or milk-Can use Stevia powder which a natural sweetener and extracted from herbs with no side effects. Don't take sugar free tablets. Stevia will also keep your system thoroughly cleaned

I done Military Diet and that is only way that worked for me. You can actually lose 10 pounds in 3 days.

to loose weight quickly you must do this:
Step 1 – Cut Back on Sugars and Starches
Step 2 – Eat Protein, Fat and Vegetables
Low-Carb Vegetables:
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Spinach
Kale
Brussels Sprouts
Cabbage
Swiss Chard
Lettuce
Cucumber
Celery
Fat Sources:
Olive oil
Coconut oil
Avocado oil
Butter
Tallow
Step 3 – Lift Weights 3 Times Per Week
You don’t need to exercise to lose weight on this plan, but it is recommended.
The best option is to go to the gym 3-4 times a week. Do a warm up, lift weights, then stretch.

Sweat. Use plastic to wrap torso and legs. Then put on sweat pants and sweat shirt. Speed up you metabolism by eating 5-7 small healthy meals perday, your body will figure out it doesn't need to store as much because of the intake and will start passing food through. I wouldn't recommend lifting weights as muscle weighs more than fat and can mess your mind up and cause you to quit. I recommend turning on some dub step and dancing for thirty minutes a day vigorously if you can manage that at first, if not start small at least 15 minutes. That is when you should wear the plastic and sweat outfit.. Set a goal and be strong. A object in motion tends to stay in motion, object at rest tends to stay resting... Eat foods like fish and rice and vegies.. No pain no gain, there is no slim down fast easy method. It takes work, and dedication. You may not see results in the first week so stay away from scales. Allow the metabolism time to speed up and your body time to adjust to new activities. Raw vegies are good to, keeps more of the nutrition that cooking can take. And if you have a partner then engage in more bedtime activities as well. It helps believe it or not.. Stick with a set routine and you will see results, slack and you will not see no results..
